GREY WARBLER STUDIO.

Grey Warbler Studio is a safe, inviting tattoo and art space based in the heart of the Tutukaka coast, just east of Whāngarei.

We named our space after one of Aotearoa’s treasured endemic native birds, the Riroriro / Grey Warbler. These tiny birds are content with keeping to themselves, although you may catch them flitting about the trees, it is more likely you will hear their beautiful trilling sound before you see them. They live mostly in pairs and make beautiful unique pear shaped, dome like nests, staying loyal to their home / territory once they have chosen their place.
